How to play Kashi
  1. Deck: 2–10 and Aces only. Ace = 11.
  2. Bet: everyone seated puts in the table's bet. 2+ paid players can deal.
  3. Deal: 3 cards each, 3 cards on the ground (4 with 4 players).
  4. Drop: first player drops a card. Everyone else must drop the same suit if they have it.
  5. Pick order: if everyone dropped the same suit, the highest dropped card picks first, down to the lowest. Otherwise players pick in the order they dropped.
  6. Pick: in that order, choose how many cards to take from the front of the ground. Count carefully: over 21 and you're out. After each pick the ground is topped back up from the deck (to 3 cards, or 4 with 4 players), so the next player always has a full choice.
  7. Win: two Aces beat all, then 21, then the highest total. Over 21 is out.
  8. Tie: tied players play a tie-breaker for the same pot.
